Shawmut is growing its Mission Critical business unit and seeking an experienced Project Manager – Mission Critical to lead large‑scale, technically complex data center projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires regular travel and can be based anywhere within the United States, due to the national footprint of our mission‑critical portfolio. The Project Manager oversees all aspects of project delivery, including budget, scheduling, quality, safety, documentation, and stakeholder coordination, while driving predictable outcomes on fast‑paced hyperscale and colocation environments.

Boston Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $200,000 The range stated is specific to Boston. Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.
Candidates in other geographic markets will also be considered; compensation ranges for those locations may vary based on local market conditions and cost of labor.
