Job summary

Jayco Talent is seeking a Traveling Project Manager to lead major automotive and industrial electrical projects across the Midwest. You will own the full lifecycle from kickoff to completion, coordinating BIM/VDC, prefabrication, and advanced electrical systems across Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, and surrounding states.

You will manage field teams, schedules, and multi‑million‑dollar scopes, while communicating with GCs, engineers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical project management experience.
• Experience in industrial or automotive construction.
• Ability to lead field teams and manage complex electrical scopes.

Responsibilities

• Full electrical project lifecycle for large industrial/automotive facilities.
• Coordination of BIM/VDC, prefabrication, and advanced electrical systems.
• Daily oversight of field teams, subcontractors, schedules, and operations.
• Budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and cost control for multi‑million‑dollar electrical scopes.
• Collaboration with GCs, engineers, architects, and facility stakeholders.
• Quality, safety, compliance, and documentation across complex builds.
• Strategic planning and problem‑solving in a fast‑paced industrial environment.
