You will track costs, forecast performance, and manage owner billings to ensure on-time delivery. The role emphasizes integrity, resilience, and a builder-minded approach, with clear communication to owners, engineers, and project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy civil, DOT, roadway, bridge or infrastructure projects is required.
• Demonstrated integrity, ownership and accountability in project delivery.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication with field teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and overall project performance.
• Partner with Superintendents to keep work moving safely and efficiently.
• Track costs, forecast performance, and manage owner billings.
• Keep projects on track by aligning crews, subs and materials with DOT timelines.
• Manage subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation.
• Resolve design and field challenges with engineers and partners.
• Be a trusted point of contact for owners, engineers and project teams.
