Responsibilities

• Own project performance, including cost, schedule and overall success.
• Partner with superintendents to keep work moving safely and efficiently.
• Track costs, forecast performance, and manage owner billings.
• Keep projects on track by coordinating crews, subs and materials with DOT timelines.
• Manage subcontractors, change orders and project documentation.
• Work through design and field challenges with engineers and partners.
• Be a trusted point of contact for owners, engineers, and project teams.
