The role requires practical, builder-minded problem solving, strong communication, and a drive to learn and deliver. You’ll own the project from planning through closeout, ensuring safety and quality while keeping stakeholders informed.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and overall project success.
• Partner with Superintendents to keep work moving safely and efficiently.
• Track costs, forecast performance, and manage owner billings.
• Schedule coordination with crews, subs, and materials per DOT timelines.
• Manage subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and partners to resolve field challenges.
