B&B Concrete is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead heavy civil DOT, roadway, bridge, or infrastructure projects in Oklahoma. You’ll own project performance, cost control, scheduling, and coordination with field teams and engineers to keep work moving safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Project Performance: Manage cost, schedule, and overall project success.
Execution: Partner with Superintendents to keep work moving safely and efficiently.
Financials: Track costs, forecast performance, and manage owner billings.
Scheduling: Keep projects on track—align crews, subs, and materials with DOT timelines.
Contracts: Manage subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation.
Problem Solving: Work through design and field challenges with engineers and partners.
Relationships: Be a trusted point of contact for owners, engineers, and project teams.
