This position involves leading and managing all phases of multiple projects from preconstruction to closeout, supporting advanced technology projects across various market segments including Data Centers, Pharmaceuticals, Industrial/Manufacturing, and EV/Battery/Renewables. The role includes developing client relationships, supervising teams, ensuring safety and quality standards, and contributing to business development.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 18 years' related experience or equivalent. Strong knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, and engineering principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced presentation skills. Ability to interpret contract documents, drawings, and project schedules. Experience with BIM and Lean methodologies. Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
Physical Demands: Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and work in construction environments. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physical tasks required on-site.
Work Environment: On-site at construction locations with exposure to mechanical parts, heights, airborne particles, weather conditions, and electrical hazards. Noise levels are typically moderate to loud.
