This position is for a full-time traveling assignment supporting an Advanced Technology project, including Data Centers, Pharmaceutical, Industrial/Manufacturing, and EV/Battery/Renewables markets.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead the project team, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure efficient systems installation.
• Manage contract items, materials, and systems to meet project schedule and approval requirements.
• Participate in schedule updates and provide current information.
• Evaluate and process RFIs.
• Manage the budget, review, evaluate, and negotiate change orders.
• Supervise and mentor Assistant MEP Engineers.
• Co-lead MEP Coordination with VDC Engineer, ensuring compliance with design and quality standards.
• Prepare scope of work documents for trades and temporary operations.
• Partner with MEP Superintendent to resolve conflicts and ensure schedule compliance.
• Co-lead turnover process including start-up, testing, and commissioning.
• Conduct project walkthroughs to ensure work adherence to documents and standards.
• Identify installation challenges early for proper planning.
• Manage municipal and agency documentation for system operation.
• Implement quality control plans with the MEP Superintendent.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, 4+ years relevant experience, technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, strong communication, organizational skills, and leadership qualities.

Physical Demands: Ability to climb stairs, ladders, work in construction environments, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks as described.

Work Environment: On-site at construction sites with exposure to mechanical parts, heights, airborne particles, weather, and electrical hazards. Noise levels are moderate to loud.
