This position is for a full-time traveling assignment across the United States supporting our sports projects. Prior sports-related project experience is strongly preferred. The role reports to our Sports Market Segment Group.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, the design community, and organizations to enhance future business opportunities.
  2. Develop high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring; ensure regular feedback and timely employee performance appraisals.
  3. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to secure new work for the business unit.
  4. Ensure compliance with ethics and project requirements.
  5. Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and pricing decisions.
  6. Manage multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  7. Oversee the development and implementation of the master project schedule.
  8. Manage project budgets and financials.
  9. Support utilization of Turner initiatives and technologies.
  10. Oversee QA/QC programs and enforce safety protocols.
  11. Contribute to community engagement and resource maximization.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree plus at least eighteen years of related experience or equivalent combination. Knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, engineering, and accounting principles. Strong business development, regional market knowledge, and sales skills. Excellent communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Advanced presentation skills. Ability to interpret contract documents, drawings, and project schedules. Experience with BIM and Lean methodologies. Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.

Physical Demands:

Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and navigate construction sites, with the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Visual acuity for close, peripheral, and depth perception, and focus adjustment. Use of hands for handling objects and tools, and ability to sit, stand, climb, and crouch.

Work Environment:

Work is performed on-site at construction locations, exposed to mechanical parts, heights, fumes, weather, and noise levels that are moderate to loud.
