Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager and Superintendent in project control, safety, and quality programs.
• Develop, maintain, and revise the critical path schedule; support short-term look-ahead schedules using Lean techniques.
• Maintain project documentation; coordinate approvals with Owner, Architect, and Engineers.
• Assist in procurement of equipment and materials; track delivery and expediting.
• Evaluate subcontractor and vendor performance; liaise on technical and contractual matters.
