Cooper Tacia General Contracting is seeking a traveling Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager to support project execution across the Southeast. You will work with the Senior Project Manager, Site Superintendents, and Project Accountants to drive projects to completion — on time and within budget, with extensive travel to sites.

This role requires relocation for long-term on-site projects in the Southeast.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, preferrably in project management.
• Knowledge of construction software Procore and Primavera.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Project Managers with daily operations and project plans.
• Negotiate subcontractor and vendor pricing to manage costs.
• Manage schedules, documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
• Handle RFIs and track submittals, ensuring clear communication.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and budgeting to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to meet requirements.
• Support in project closeout, including inspections and documentation.
