Job summary
Quantum Industrial Services is seeking a field leadership professional to drive plumbing operations on large-scale, multi-state projects. You will oversee day-to-day site work, coordinate crews, materials, and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across data center and industrial facilities.
This traveling role offers substantial opportunities to advance, per diem for eligible assignments, a company-supported 401(k) match, and exposure to cutting-edge construction
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing field leadership experience preferred.
- Experience leading large-scale commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing installation, codes, drawings, and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily plumbing field operations and installations.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Plan work to meet project schedules and milestones.
- Ensure plumbing installations meet drawings, specifications, codes, and quality standards.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, productivity, and workmanship.
- Partner with Project Managers, Foremen, subcontractors, and other trades.
- Identify and resolve field issues quickly; conduct jobsite meetings and communicate daily progress.
- Support inspections, turnover, and project closeout.
