Job summary

Quantum Industrial Services is seeking experienced plumbing field leadership to manage day-to-day operations on large-scale projects across multiple states. You will lead crews, coordinate manpower and materials, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership in plumbing on commercial, industrial, or mission-critical facilities with travel across multiple markets. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily plumbing field operations and installation activities
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Plan work to meet project schedules and milestones
• Ensure plumbing installations meet drawings, specifications, codes, and quality standards
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, productivity, and workmanship
• Partner with Project Managers, Foremen, subcontractors, and other trades
• Identify and resolve field issues quickly
• Conduct jobsite meetings and communicate daily progress
• Support inspections, turnover, and project closeout
