Job summary

Quantum Industrial seeks a seasoned Plumbing Field Lead to manage day-to-day field operations on large-scale projects across multiple states. You will coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors while driving safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of plumbing field leadership, proven experience on major commercial or industrial ventures, and a strong grasp of codes, drawings, and specifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years plumbing field leadership experience.
• Experience leading large-scale commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing installation, codes, drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily plumbing field operations and installation activities.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Plan work to meet project schedules and milestones.
• Ensure plumbing installations meet drawings, specifications, codes, and quality standards.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, productivity, and workmanship.
• Partner with Project Managers, Foremen, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Identify and resolve field issues quickly.
• Conduct jobsite meetings and communicate daily progress.
• Support inspections, turnover, and project closeout.

About this Role

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily plumbing field operations and installation activities
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Plan work to meet project schedules and milestones
• Ensure plumbing installations meet drawings, specifications, codes, and quality standards
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, productivity, and workmanship
