Qualifications

• Active Physician Assistant license in applicable state
• NCCPA board certification required
• 1+ years in advanced wound care preferred, CWOCN/CWS/WOCN is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough wound assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide advanced wound care techniques including debridement, dressing selection, infection control, and grafting.
• Coordinate with facility staff and physicians to ensure continuity of care and timely updates.
• Travel to multiple skilled nursing and post-acute facilities to deliver care.
• Maintain professionalism, efficiency and compassionate patient interactions.
