Job summary

InReach Rehab is seeking a flexible full-time Traveling Physical Therapist Assistant to join our rural care team. This role supports patients across multiple communities, under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program (or anticipated graduation).
• Current PTA license (or eligibility) in at least one state.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services under supervision of a Physical Therapist across rural settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising PT.
• Deliver therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and approved modalities.
• Document treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff for coordinated care.
• Monitor patient responses and communicate changes to the supervising PT.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive team culture.

Requirements
