Job summary

InReach Rehab seeks a flexible Physical Therapist to join Brown County Hospital in Ainsworth, NE. The role supports rural rehabilitation with patient-centered care and collaboration within a supportive network.

New graduates are welcome; salary is based on experience. The compensation package includes competitive wages, a monthly incentive plan, CEU allowance, and ample time off.

Qualifications

• Master's or DPT from an accredited program (or anticipated graduation).
• Current Nebraska PT license (or eligibility).
• Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and provide high-quality PT services to patients with a variety of conditions.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and progress.
• Perform therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities.
• Document patient progress, outcomes, and treatment plans accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and strategies to support recovery and wellness.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care to optimize outcomes.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive team culture.
