• Current Wyoming PT license (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and provide high-quality PT services to patients with a variety of conditions.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and progress.
• Perform therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and use of modalities.
• Document patient progress, outcomes, and treatment plans accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and strategies to support recovery and long-term wellness.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with the therapy team and other staff to ensure coordinated, effective care.
• Monitor patient responses to therapy and adjust plans to optimize outcomes.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive team culture.

InReach Rehab is seeking a flexible and dedicated full-time or part-time Physical Therapist (or PTA) to join our team at the Johnson County Healthcare Center in Buffalo, WY.
