Job summary

InReach Rehab is seeking a flexible and dedicated Physical Therapist (or PTA) to join our team at South Lincoln Medical Center in Kemmerer, Wyoming. The role supports rural rehabilitation with a patient-centered approach, focusing on delivering high-quality care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Both full-time and part-time arrangements are considered. You will evaluate and treat a variety of conditions, develop individualized plans, document progress, and participate in ongoing

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Wyoming PT license or eligibility required.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, plan, and provide high-quality PT services to patients.
  • Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on progress.
  • Document progress and outcomes accurately in a timely manner.
  • Educate patients and families on exercises and safety for recovery.

Physical Therapist (or PTA)

InReach Rehab is seeking a flexible and dedicated full-time or part-time Physical Therapist (or PTA) to join our team at South Lincoln Medical Center in Kemmerer Wyoming. This position is well-suited for a therapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and supporting rehabilitation in a collaborative rural healthcare environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, plan, and provide high-quality PT services to patients with a variety of conditions.
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical progress.
  • Perform therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and use of modalities.
  • Document patient progress, outcomes, and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and strategies to support recovery and long-term wellness.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
  • Collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated, effective care.
  • Monitor patient responses to therapy and make clinical decisions to optimize outcomes.
  • Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive, supportive team culture.
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program (or anticipated graduation).
  • Current Wyoming PT license (or eligibility).
  • Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
  • Interest in rural healthcare and working collaboratively with a team.
