Job summary

Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
- Travel within the district to fill pharmacist shifts and support the Pharmacy Manager.
- Ensure safe prescription fulfillment by following workflow procedures and safety guardrails.
- Act as Pharmacy Manager's proxy during bench shifts when needed.
- Coach the pharmacy team to deliver compassionate care and resolve insurance issues.
- Deliver immunizations and support technicians in immunization training.
- Assist inventory management with focus on cold chain protection.
- Remain flexible to scheduling and business needs while fostering an inclusive team.
