Job summary

CVS Health seeks a District Support Pharmacist to supervise and support pharmacy teams across stores in the district. You will help ensure safe dispensing, patient counseling, immunizations, and a patient-centered experience while upholding CVS policies and standards.

The position requires an active Pharmacist license in the store state, a valid NPI, and willingness to travel within the district. It is a part-time role with anticipated weekly hours, a pay range of $60.00–$73.00 per hour, and

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task and pivot quickly to meet patient needs.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: assist patients and support pharmacy team.
• Communication Skills: interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Mathematical Reasoning: compute days supply and bottle counts for prescriptions.
• Problem Resolution: address patient or colleague issues professionally.
• Physical Demands: be mobile, upright, and able to lift up to 20 lbs.
