Job summary

Wells Fargo is seeking a customer-focused banking support professional to operate across assigned branch locations. You will actively engage customers, identify their needs, and connect them with appropriate products and services while maintaining compliance and high service standards.

You will travel across the geographic area 100% of the time and cover branch gaps as needed, including weekends. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, accurate transactions, and collaboration with banking

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer-facing experience or equivalent demonstrated
• Experience in financial services or highly regulated roles preferred
• Ability to initiate outreach via calls, emails, or other channels preferred
• Ability to travel 100% of the time within assigned geography
• Willingness to work Saturdays and comply with regulations

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized banking support across branch locations
• Cover banker and teller absences and fill open positions as needed
• Build customer relationships through proactive conversations and outreach
• Lead discovery-driven conversations to understand customer needs
• Connect customers with relevant banking products and solutions
• Identify opportunities, promote solutions, and refer appropriately
• Process account openings, service requests, and credit applications
• Perform cash handling and teller line activities
• Process transactions accurately within risk controls
• Use digital tools to enhance customer experience
• Coordinate handoffs to licensed bankers and specialists
• Flex between cash handling and customer banking activities across branches
