Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Specialty Dental Assistant to provide clinical support across multiple locations, traveling as needed to Abington, Arlington, Brockton, Canton, and Malden. You will assist dentists, expose radiographs, and educate patients while maintaining infection control and inventory.

Travel is required, and mileage reimbursement is provided. The role offers an hourly rate of $34–$38 USD and requires reliable transportation, with CDA preferred and relevant state licensure.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to travel between locations.
• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• C.D.A. preferred.
• Possess required certifications, licensure or registration as required by state.
• Embrace a positive team approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for treatment.
• Chairside assisting during a variety of dental procedures.
• Expose radiographs and intra-oral pictures.
• Provide post operative instructions and patient education.
• Prepare, breakdown, disinfect and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments.
• Maintain strict compliance to infection control, CDC, OSHA and HIPPA.
• Maintain dental supply inventory.
• Perform other related job duties as assigned.
