Job summary
Key Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a skilled nursing facility in any capacity (Full time, Part time, PRN). You will implement care plans, advance patient progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality therapy.

Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current PTA license in the state of practice.
- Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Implement Care Plans: Execute the patient care plan developed by the Physical Therapist (PT), ensuring adherence to established protocols.
- Advance Patient Progress: Facilitate patient advancement through their treatment plan, making adjustments as directed by the PT to optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team: Work closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate and enhance patient care, ensuring the achievement of individual goals.
