Job summary
American Traveler is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for an outpatient PT assignment in Texas. The role requires at least 1 year of experience and a TX PTA license; state or compact license must be on hand at submission. Day shifts, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 5 days a week, with travel opportunities.
Open to first-time travelers; housing and licensure reimbursements provided. Onboarding occurs onsite within 48 hours of contract signing, with comprehensive benefits including medical,
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Active TX PTA License required at time of submission (license required if applicable)
- State or compact license must be in hand at time of submittal
Responsibilities
- Outpatient physical therapy unit
- Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Open to first-time travelers
- Not accepting candidates residing in Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, or Morris counties
- All requested time off must be submitted and listed at time of application
- Previous staff must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler
- Onboarding modules must be completed onsite within 48 hours of contract signing
