Highlands Modern Dentistry is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians and deliver the Perfect Patient Experience. You’ll prepare patients, assist with procedures, and help keep operatory clean and stocked.

The role emphasizes effective communication, teamwork with specialists and front office, and adherence to infection control and safety guidelines. The position offers opportunities for skill development within our experienced team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; state-mandated certification/licensure.
• Certificate from college/technical school (1-year) may be preferred.
• Specialty dental assistants must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; background check.
• Willingness to travel to multiple offices as needed.

Responsabilités

• Prepare patients for examination and assist clinicians during treatment.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory per infection control guidelines.
• Take radiographs and intra-oral pictures as directed.
• Prepare tray setups and manage supplies for each operatory.
• Escort patients and coordinate with front office to keep schedule running smoothly.
• Document patient records and consent forms in the digital chart.
