Gentle Dental is seeking a traveling Treatment Coordinator to cover Seattle, WA and Bellingham, WA areas. You will manage patients through the full cycle, communicating treatment options and costs, and guiding them to acceptance for a healthy smile.

The role requires 1–2 years of front office medical experience, proficiency with dental software (QSI/Denticon a plus), and the ability to present treatment plans. Travel involved; full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate a must (QSI/Denticon experience is a plus).
• Bilingual a plus
• Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients to a happy and healthy smile from first appointment to last.
