Gentle Dental is seeking a front office teammate for a traveling role covering Seattle and Bellingham, WA, with a 40-hour full-time schedule. You will present treatment plans, discuss costs, and coordinate patient flow from initial diagnosis to acceptance, while ensuring excellent patient service and accurate financial planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Successfully communicate financial planning and options based on proposed treatment.
• From the first appointment to the last, lead patients to a happy and healthy smile.
