Gentle Dental is hiring Treatment Coordinators to manage patients from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance, communicating financial options and guiding patients to a healthy smile.

This traveling position services the Seattle and Bellingham, WA area. Full-time, 40 hours weekly, with benefits including EAP, medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, disability, paid holidays, PTO, 401k and referral bonuses; pay $24.00–$28.00/hour DOE.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; Denticon/QSI experience a plus.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial options and treatment costs to patients.
• Lead patients through the treatment planning process to a healthy smile.
