Job summary

Network of Minnesota Dental Providers PC is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to support clinicians in delivering the PPE and care that builds a Patient for Life. You will prepare patients, assist dentists, manage sterilization, and maintain clean, efficient operatory spaces across multiple offices.

Responsibilities include taking radiographs, charting, preparing trays, and collaborating with front/back office teams to ensure smooth orthodontic scheduling and top-quality patient experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; state certification/licensure as applicable.
• Certificate from accredited college/technical school preferred.
• Specialty dental assistants may require travel between offices.

Responsibilities

• Support clinicians in delivering the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE).
• Prepare patients for treatment and assist the dentist.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments; maintain operatory cleanliness.
• Take radiographs and intra-oral pictures as directed.
• Prepare tray setups and manage supplies in each operatory.
• Keep patient mouths dry and clear during procedures.
• Record patient charts in the digital system as directed.
• Participate in meetings and uphold company standards.
