Palo Verde Cancer Specialists in Arizona is seeking a detail-oriented Float Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations across four Valley locations. Travel between sites to provide coverage and ensure accurate preparation and dispensing of oncology medications.

The ideal candidate is flexible, dependable, and safety-focused, with a CPhT certification and experience in a pharmacy setting. On-site role with multi-site responsibilities and a focus on patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compound medications following procedures and aseptic technique.
• Receive and process medication orders from nursing staff with accuracy.
• Label medication bags, cassettes, and containers with patient name, medication, and strength.
• Follow safety protocols and applicable pharmacy regulations in all tasks.
• Travel between PVCS's four Valley locations to provide coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff, nursing teams, and colleagues to maintain efficient operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized mixing room and safe work environment.
