Job summary

Rivetus Rehab in Columbus area is hiring an Occupational Therapist who travels locally to our skilled nursing facilities. You will assess, plan, and implement OT interventions for patients with physical and cognitive impairments, coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team.

The role includes supervision of OTAs, documentation, participation in program development, and ensuring adherence to clinical standards. Full-time, Monday–Friday with professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Licensure as required by the State of Ohio.
• Ability to lift and transfer patients; strong physical stamina.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts OT screenings and evaluations to determine ADL independence.
• Develops and implements treatment plans with adaptations and retraining.
• Provides direct patient care and maintains documentation per standards.
• Supervises OTAs and aides; participates in care conferences.
• Supports CQI activities and continuing education programs.
