Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with network switching environments.
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, wireless infrastructure, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing, and segmentation.
• Ability to troubleshoot across networking, servers, VMs, storage, and cloud.
• Experience with at least one virtualization platform (VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V, Proxmox, or Azure).
• Strong customer-service mindset and clear communication.
• Willingness to onsite full-time in Buford and travel as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced services environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, document, and troubleshoot switching environments.
• Support LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, QoS, and multi-site networks.
• Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, NAT, VPNs, and remote access.
• Deploy wired/wireless infra, access points, and security.
• Assist with data center modernization and cloud connectivity.
• Troubleshoot VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V, Proxmox, Azure environments.
• Maintain docs: diagrams, IP schemes, configurations.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and vendor partners.
• Identify root causes and propose corrective actions.
• Travel to client sites for implementations and escalations.
