Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily new construction industry experience.
• Experience managing subcontractors and schedules.
• Familiarity with exterior and hardscape trades.
• Experience with student housing developments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules with subcontractors and project staff.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with safety policies and blueprints.
• Coordinate project activities with company personnel.
• Review status reports, shop drawings, and modifications for schedules.
• Meet with project personnel to discuss issues and provide technical guidance.
• Assist in directing the project including safety, resources, budget, scheduling, equipment management, quality, and risk.
• Review and submit change orders to the superintendent.
• Attend and lead project status meetings and help solve problems.
• Take on additional responsibilities as directed by site and company management.
• Travel full-time to various project sites (up to 1-2 years).
