Qualified candidates have 3+ years in multifamily construction, with exterior and hardscape experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage schedules and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily construction projects ($20-60+MM).
• Knowledge of civil sitework, exterior and hardscape.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors and schedules.
• Blueprint-reading is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with employees and subcontractors on production schedules and deliverables.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with safety policies and plans.
• Review status reports and shop drawings for schedule alignment.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical guidance.
• Assist in directing safety, resources, budget, and scheduling.
• Travel full-time to various project locations.
