Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Traveling Assistant Superintendent for multifamily construction projects across the Southeast and beyond. The role involves coordinating crews and subcontractors, enforcing safety, planning, and ensuring project goals are met within timelines.

Extensive experience in exterior and hardscape work is valued. The candidate will travel full-time, manage schedules, review shop drawings, and lead on-site operations with strong coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily new construction (projects $20M+).
• Civil/sitework, exterior & hardscape in multifamily construction.
• Student housing/wrap/podium style multifamily projects preferred.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience handling contracts and change orders.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with subcontractors on production schedules and deliverables.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with safety policies and blueprints.
• Coordinate project activities with Company personnel.
• Review status reports, shop drawings and modifications for schedules.
• Meet with project staff to provide technical guidance and resolve issues.
• Assist in direction, coordination, and evaluation of the project (safety, resources, budget, scheduling).
• Review and submit works and purchase/change orders to superintendent.
• Attend and direct project status meetings and assist in problem solving.
• Take on additional responsibilities as directed by site and company management.
• Travel full-time to project sites as required.
