Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Traveling Assistant Superintendent for multifamily projects. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, managing schedules, safety, and project planning across various locations in the Southeast and beyond.

The candidate should have exterior and hardscape experience within multifamily construction and strong communication skills. Travel of 1–2 years is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry construction experience within the multifamily new construction sector
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Construction/Business Management preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with subcontractors regarding production schedules and deliverables.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with safety policies and plans.
• Coordinate project activities with Company personnel.
• Review status reports, shop drawings, and modifications for schedules.
• Meet with project personnel to discuss and resolve problems.
• Assist in direction, coordination, and evaluation of the project (safety, resources, budget, scheduling, quality, risk).
• Review and submit works and change orders to superintendent.
• Attend and direct project status meetings and assist in problem solving.
• Take on additional responsibilities as directed by management.
• Travel full-time as required.
