Job summary

Sevan Multi is seeking a Traveling Multi Trade Carpenter to perform interior construction across tenant improvements and renovations on projects nationwide in the United States. The role involves extensive travel, with company-paid lodging and per diem, and reports to a Foreman or Superintendent to execute framing, drywall, ceilings, doors, trim, flooring, and related interior work.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED (carpentry apprenticeship preferred), 3+ years in commercial

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 3+ years of commercial construction experience, including tenant improvement and interior renovation
• OSHA 10 certification required or ability to obtain; OSHA 30 preferred
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and determine project requirements
• Perform metal stud framing and drywall installation
• Install doors, frames, hardware, and acoustical ceilings
• Finish carpentry and trim installation
• Flooring preparation and patching
• Complete punch lists and project closeout
• Load/unload and stage materials
• Travel to project locations as required
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment
