Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Construction Laborer to support interior construction activities on tenant improvements, renovations, retail refresh, and light industrial projects nationwide.

This entry-level, travel-intensive role deploys to project locations across the United States under foreman supervision. You will perform selective demolition, material handling, site logistics, and general labor while assisting carpenters and other trades; travel frequently with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in construction, labor, warehouse or related fields preferred.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification required or ability to obtain; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform selective demolition and removal of building materials and finishes.
• Clean and prepare work areas for construction activities.
• Load, unload, transport, stage, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist carpenters, finish technicians, and other craft professionals with construction activities.
• Assist with flooring preparation, drywall installation, framing, ceilings, finishes, punch lists, and closeout activities.
• Erect, move, and dismantle ladders, scaffolding, fencing, and other temporary equipment.
• Remove and dispose of debris, waste materials, and construction scrap.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas; follow safety procedures.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment safely.
• Travel to project locations as required; coordinate with project team.
