Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking a Traveling Multi-Trade Carpenter to perform interior construction across tenant improvements, renovations, retail refresh, and light industrial projects nationwide. You will read blueprints, frame, drywall, ceilings, doors, trim, and flooring prep under a Foreman or Superintendent.

This travel-intensive role includes company-paid lodging, travel, per diem, and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Successful completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program preferred.
• Three (3) or more years of commercial construction, interior renovation, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with multiple interior construction disciplines (metal stud framing, drywall, ACT, doors/frames, finish carpentry, flooring prep).
• OSHA 10 required or ability to obtain; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, drawings, sketches, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Take measurements and calculate material quantities for installation.
• Perform interior carpentry including framing, drywall, ceilings, doors, trim, and flooring prep.
• Install and modify acoustical ceilings (ACT) and gypsum board systems.
• Travel to project locations nationwide and work under Foreman/Superintendent direction.
• Complete punch lists and assist with closeout activities.
• Maintain safe, organized worksite and coordinate with project team.
