Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Skilled Construction Technician to support interior construction on tenant improvements, renovations, retail refresh, and light industrial projects across the United States.

This is a travel-intensive role reporting to a Foreman or Superintendent, performing tasks across framing, drywall, ceilings, flooring prep, doors and hardware, and finishes. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in construction, ability to read basic drawings, and willingness

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
2+ years of construction, renovation, tenant improvement, retail, hospitality, industrial, or related experience preferred.
Experience with general construction activities and material handling preferred.
OSHA 10 certification required or ability to obtain; OSHA 30 preferred.
Ability and willingness to travel extensively nationwide.

Responsibilities

Perform general construction activities supporting tenant improvement, renovation, and light industrial projects.
Independently execute interior construction scopes and support larger installations.
Read and interpret basic drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
Load, unload, transport, stage, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
Travel to project locations as required and coordinate with project team.
