Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a maintenance technician.
• Experience in electrical, drywall, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Proof of auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service when speaking with residents and vendors.
• Computer skills for viewing and completing work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance in units and on the property.
• Travel to apartment locations to meet maintenance needs.
