West Michigan International (WMI) and K&R Truck Sales are seeking a dedicated Facilities Handyman to join our team. This role will support five dealership locations in Grand Rapids, Holland, Kalamazoo, Lansing, and Muskegon, ensuring facilities operate smoothly and safely.

The role covers maintenance across service departments, body shops, and customer service areas while supporting overall site safety and appearance.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple sites.
• Willingness to travel between five dealership locations.
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance: repair structure, windows, doors, walls.
• Address plumbing issues to prevent water damage and keep fixtures functioning.
• Repair electrical wiring issues and address shortages.
