Blast Cleaning Technologies, Inc. (BCT) is seeking a Traveling Millwright/Field Service Technician based in West Allis, WI, with nationwide travel to client sites to install, repair, and maintain industrial machinery.

The role demands hands-on troubleshooting and preventative maintenance to maximize uptime. You will work closely with clients and internal teams, documenting work, following safety protocols, and contributing to continuous improvement at a growing manufacturing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and millwright apprenticeship or technical training.
• Minimum 3 years as millwright or field service tech.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and manuals.
• Willing to travel nationwide.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites across the United States to install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical failures using schematics and manuals.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams and document work.
• Maintain service records and ensure safety compliance.
