Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by stocking and displaying products across multiple stores. You will travel within a region to complete assignments, ensuring displays meet guidelines and reporting outcomes through the mobile app.

The role requires reliable smartphone access, good communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible hours and full- or part-time benefits support are provided.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Reliable access to a personal smartphone for work tasks (data plan required).
Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
Willingness to travel to multiple stores within a region.

Responsibilities

Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores according to guidelines.
Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
Complete store visits and projects on time and report results via mobile app.
