Anderson Merchandisers LLC is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support our retail clients by stocking, displaying, and keeping products ready for purchase. You will travel to multiple store locations, work with store teams, and use a mobile app to complete tasks during peak periods.

Candidates should have reliable smartphone access, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We offer flexible hours, competitive pay, and benefits for both full- and part-time associates.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Access to a personal smartphone with data plan.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations within a region.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores per guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Visit stores and report results via the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional representation.
• Troubleshoot product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region.
