Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to stock and display products across assigned retail locations. You will travel to stores within the region, work with store teams, and use the company mobile app to complete tasks while maintaining professional customer interactions.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, access to a personal smartphone, and English communication skills. Flexible hours and benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliable access to a personal smartphone with data plan.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• English conversational proficiency (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores according to guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects using the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region.
