Job summary

LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a Traveling MEP Superintendent to support data center projects across the Northeast and Midwest. You will oversee field coordination, safety, and day-to-day supervision of subcontracted crews to ensure schedule and budget adherence.

Responsibilities include developing and tracking schedules, coordinating with Project Managers and clients, enforcing safety standards, managing QA/QC, and ensuring compliance with engineering specs across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field experience.
• Experience should include supervisory responsibility as a General Foreman, Field Engineer or Assistant Superintendent.
• Well-developed communications, interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares the project schedule and maintains status reports.
• Oversees timely field coordination, quality control and day-to-day supervision of subcontracted work forces.
• Reviews progress with the Project Manager and client representatives; large projects have multiple Superintendents.
• Ensures safety standards are implemented and adhered to by all personnel.
