CyberCoders, Inc. seeks a Traveling MEP Project Manager to oversee large-scale mechanical, electrical, or plumbing projects from start to finish. You will lead project teams, coordinate with field leadership, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across multiple sites.

The position offers substantial compensation ($140,000-$170,000+ depending on experience), per diem, a company truck, and standard benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in MEP project management.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contracts.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and contribute to winning projects.
• Demonstrated success in managing profitable project portfolios.
• Excellent initiative, execution, and communication skills - both oral and written.
• Strong analytical, motivational, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale mechanical, electrical, or plumbing (MEP) projects from start to finish.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with field leadership to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion.
• Collaborate with senior management to align project goals and execution strategies.
• Build and develop strong teams while delivering quality output, meeting customer expectations, managing scope, and staying on schedule and within budget.
• Drive division profitability through effective project execution and cost control.
• Set and manage technical goals, scheduling benchmarks, procurement strategies, and staffing plans.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management systems and processes to meet client needs and business objectives.
• Review contractual requirements and MEP-specific design and installation methodologies.
• Ensure project schedules are met and adjust priorities based on evolving customer needs and resource availability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project reviews with a focus on financial forecasting and performance tracking.
• Ensure high-quality engineering, coordination, and delivery of MEP systems.
• Proactively communicate challenges, risks, and successes across all stakeholders.
