Oversee and direct preconstruction, engineering, and field installation of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems.
Reports to: Project Manager, Project Executive
Bachelor’s degree and minimum 10 years’ experience with progressively responsible roles in design, cost, sequence, logistics, and field installations of Mechanical and Electrical systems, or equivalent training and experience. Ability to identify design features that command cost premiums and recommend alternatives. Demonstrated ability to present technical material. LEED accreditation is preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills are required. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software is desirable. Ability to implement new technologies and demonstrate leadership and interpersonal skills.
Requires physical ability to climb stairs, ladders, negotiate work areas, and occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs. Vision abilities include close, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, caustic chemicals, with moderate noise levels. Reasonable accommodations will be provided as needed.
